“Monty,” as he is affectionately referred to by the Biscuit faithful, is perhaps the most outrageous and unlikely mascot in the history of professional sports. It is unclear as to who designed this anthropomorphic piece of bread, but they certainly deserve credit for pushing the envelope in mascot creation.
